What condition is the piece in?

  • We offer a full condition report on every piece so do not hesitate to contact us for the report

 

Is the item in Stock?

  • If the item on the website and has not been marked as sold the item is still available and is for sale and enquiries are welcome
  • If the item is marked as reserved the item is not for sale until the customer has made there decision

 

Can you source me an Antique?

  • We can source antiques we have a large contact base and are more than happy to find your ideal piece
  • We also have a number of items which are not on our website so if you cannot find what you are looking for on our website we might have the item in are warehouse.

 

What is the provenance of the item?

  • We are more than happy to help with provenance and will let you know as much as we do on the item

 

Can you restore the item?

  • We offer a full antique restoration service from a full restoration which includes striping sealing and French polishing to a good clean and wax

 

Can you recover/reupholster seating?    
     

  • We do offer a service to recover seating please contact us for more information 

    How will my item be delivered?
  • Small items e.g. mantle clocks stools and other small can be sent by professional couriers e.g. Parcel force or Fed Ex  larger items will be sent by our own delivery team
  • Large pieces that are exported will be sent by John Masons International.
